Pickle Wraps

Spread cream cheese on a slice of ham. 

 Take a dill pickle & roll it into the ham.

 Insert toothpicks & slice.

 Store in an airtight container.

 Enjoy!

Pachelbel Canon in D

One day recently, I  stunned Mom & Dad.  We were all in the kitchen listening to Christmas music, and a Christmas version of Pachelbel Canon in D started to play. 

I said “ This is my crib music”.

Mom & Dad just looked at each other and then looked at me, stunned that I remembered  the music  from my aquarium in my crib that I listened to while going to sleep when I was a baby.

Also, it is time to retire my Fall blog header.

Play date with Grandpa

Last Sunday Grandpa came over for lunch, after eating a delicious steak meal, I asked Grandpa if he wanted to color.  He said Yes... it was just like a play date!

Today’s Funny Stuff I say revolves around MEAT.

One night this past summer while in Tomah, Grandma was giving me a bath & splashing water in the tub saying “Tsunami! Tsunami!”
I splashed back and replied back “Salami! Salami!”


One morning while Dad was making scrambled eggs I was helping add the ham. I then told Dad “I need to add the bacon”.
Dad Said, “Buddy we have ham already in the eggs”.
I said back “I need bacon too”.


On night while mom & I were playing in the craft room Dad came down stairs & got a big chub of beef sausage out of the freezer. When I saw what he has gotten, I said “I love that stuff!”


Recently Grandpa N. came over for lunch. We were having steak. Grandpa took a pretty big piece of steak for his plate & I said “Grandpa, don’t take so much, put some back.”

I SAW SANTA!

This weekend I went to a Holiday Party & Santa popped in for a quick visit.
I was one of the first kids to give him a big hug! I was pretty anxious, because he had a big bag of goodies.I waited patiently for Santa to call my name.

And waited...
Finally it was my turn to sit on Santa's lap.

I tried to be on my best behavior for him & was actually a little more

shy that I thought I would be once he called my name.

Santa brought me a Spiderman toy! How did he know I love Spiderman?

Skating Lessons

Hi All, Last Saturday I had my first ice skating lesson. I got all hooked up with the gear ( yes, that is a bike helmet... but I have super cool skates!)

At first my teacher had us practice a few things on solid ground.

Marching...

Holding my arms out like an airplane.We practiced falling down & getting back up.

Then the teachers helped me out on the ice. I was a little unsteady on the ice, but was doing O.K.
POOF! I fell & it was all down hill from there.The teacher helped me back up & gave me this walked contraption.
I still was not digging this, but the walker helped.
Hey, this isn't so bad...
I need to get me one of these... Uncle Todd???
See - I can walk on the ice!
Hopefully my second lesson today will go better - Wish me luck!
