Air Hocky

Hi All, A few weeks ago I went to a friends B-day Party & there was an Air Hockey game - I got to play a few games. Remember how much I love real Hockey??? Well, I love Air Hockey alot too.

The Carninal (or carnival as some like to call it)

Yesterday we went to the Slice parade – but it was cancelled due to rain. It was a bummer since I look forward to that awesome parade every year.

So, today we went to the Slice Carninal – it was a lot of fun… well, at first it wasn’t so fun. I got some sunscreen in my eye, so it was irritated for a bit. So Mom & I walked around, got some cotton candy, saw a band & relaxed for a bit.

Then we check out a little petting zoo.

Then the real fun began - the rides! I waited patiently with my tickets for my turn. We started out easy with the merry-go-round.We then went to a car ride.I then got real brave & told mom I wanted to go on the train by my self. I ran right up front to get the best seat. "Hurry Up everyone & get on board - the train it leaving!"

Mom & I then headed to the Dizzy Dragon ride - look there is a table in here for eating.

Hey this is fun!

Now I see why they call it the Dizzy Dragon ride - Wooah!

We had 3 tickets left & I decided to go on the cars again - but by myself this time...

100 degrees

Yup - that's right - it was 100 degrees here yesterday. The weather man said with the heat index it was even hotter & complared to our coldest day this past winter it was 158 degrees difference!

So I ran thru the sprinklers to stay cool.

What do you do when it is too hot in MN???

You go to Wisconsin! Today Mom & I jumped the boarder to visit Auntie Kari & Uncle Brad & to my surprise, Grandma & Grandpa were there too.

The Boat ride was really nice - I love to pontoon!

Do I have something on my face?
I love to watch other boats go by. I told mom it feels like we are "going over a hill" when our boat hits their wave.

I love the feel of the wind in my hair - there really was a nice breeze.
We went fishing for about 2 minutes - I didn't catch anything.
Uncle Brad showed me some of his projects... a big bear

and a deer.Just before lunch we picked some fresh raspberries.
I ate a few while we picked.

There was a tiny tree frog on the berry bush - he hopped away.

After lunch we went swimming - I held on tight to Uncle Brad.
We played with our critter soakers again - Auntie Kari got Mom good!
I got Grandpa...
And Mommy too!

Auntie Kari showed off on the slide,

And I showed off some things I learned in swimming lessons like floating (so what if I have Uncle Brad & I life jacket to help).
I practiced my kicking & going back & forth between Brad & Grandpa.

Overall, we had a fun day, tried to stay cool & had a nice ride home.

Weekend Fun - Zoo Adventure

Hi All, this weekend was a crazy fun weekend, went to 2 parties, hung out with my cousins & played with my critter soakers. On Sunday Mom, Auntie Anna & I went to the zoo. I love the zoo. But I have to say I was a little disappointed that there were no elephants.

We saw this Giant Turtle... he was a little slow. Our next stop was to see the Monkeys - they were so silly!

Then we looked at the Zebra.

Stopped for a refreshment break

Saw this awesome polar bear - he was HUGE!!!

There were 2, he was trying to get inside - I can't blame him, it was pretty hot out.

We saw bears swimming - that was pretty silly too.

Look at me, I'm a white bear!

Auntie Anna & I got squished pennies of the polar bear.

And we saw the Sparky the seal show.
Look - he can balance a ball on his nose.

For the ride home I got a sucker - just what every little boy needs or the ride home from the zoo
