The other day I helped Mom make rice crispy bars.
First I needed to test the marshmallows to make sure they were OK.
Firm in the cheeks
and good to do a little dance to.
After they were all mixed up, you push them into your little bowl with a wooden spoon.
Test them again ( just to be extra sure they are still good).
Hmmm...
