This weekend we started decorating for Halloween already. I just LOVE HALLOWEEN!!!
We decided to make some cool decorations from Halloween Cup Cake Liners.
First, you get come cool cup cake liners, take 2 large ones & fold them in 1/2. Clip the cup cake liners around the edge towards the center to fan & flatten them out - this is the outer layer.
For the middle layer, take a large cup cake liner, trim off about 1/4" off from the outside edge & clip to fan/flatten them out.
For the Inner layer, take a small cup cake liner & clip it towards the center to fan/flatten it out.
Stack & glue all layers together - make another set & glue them back to back with ribbon sandwiched in the middle.
Decorate with some Halloween stickers & hang.
